Broken BAN WAIT

I am currently waiting at the 63min ban wait and I have left 16:40 to go. My timer refreshed couple of times til now, I even made another discussion but got deleted. I have had this problem before , but didnt get help. In this current state, I will never be ableto play a game, and I will set a new record for the most time waited to start a game. I wil tell you what I know about this. After I started the waiting, I switched to another screen ( "CTRL"+"HOME"+"ARROW KEY") to do smth else. After 20 min had passed, I switched and saw thst I have left 16 min to go. I say to myself: "It must be bug of the screen switching, so I musnt now change the screens", but that didnt help. The timer refreshed. Currently its the 67 min wait, with 12:38 min to go. I need really help for this one, bcs I wont be able to play anytime soon. I am PhoeniksKiller, EUNE player,Silver 5-4, and I need help. Please someone do smth about this.
