Twisted Treeline Promotional Matches Fail to Promote Team

I'm reporting a bug here about this, per discussion in a ticket I submitted about this issue Saturday evening. My 3v3 team is in Bronze I now (currently with 88LP), and each time we play our match that would move us up to Silver V (or put us into promotional series for Silver V), the game fails to record. My teammates and I all receive the black 'Waiting for Stats' screen, and receive no boost in LP and remain in Bronze I. It has happened to us 3 times now between April 2nd-3rd. All other wins and losses are adding/subtracting LP from our team without issue, but the games that would put us into a promotional series or move us to Silver V are erroring out each time and not counting towards our team progressing.

Are there any known issues with why these matches are not counting? If there are, and if there is an ETA on the fix, please let me know. Thank you.
