Jax Attacks

The visual showed the basic attack hit a minion and the glow affect happened after i hit the minion but there was no damage recieved to him. This has also happened with a tower shot on a minion. It may be the minion causing the issue but the basic attack thing happens. Let me know if I should look out for any other bugs, share the info to all :D
