In game bug

So I was in game for promos, the game was stuck on ban page. People left but still the game was just stuck on banning phase. Then I exited since I had conversation with people and they left and I left to follow it. After that I was trying to be in queue for ranked but I wasn't able to queue at all. I just hope I don't get a loss as am in promos. RIOT please check what's happening?
