Blitz Knock-up, Graves Dash

Was just in a game where I would rev E, pull Graves, auto...and he dashes away with no knock-up. Cooldown goes off, animation and sound effects of hit landing...and he dashes away. He got insanely leveled due to the fact that my E was basically non-existent.
