Syndra Ult Timer and Ashe Hawkshot minimap interactions

I have had a bug with where the timer animation on her ult will show it always about to be off cooldown, even if the numbers say there's quite a bit of time left. Just a minor bug that's irritating to see but no real game play problems. also with , sometimes the vision gained on hawk shot wont show up on the mini map as being revealed. Just some minor bugs that i have found that i would like to be fixed. Thanks for helping!
