[GAMEPLAY] Kennen Ult graphics missing!

I'm pretty sure this has been reported before, but Kennen's ult is still (or is now) missing the graphics. I was in an ARAM earlier today against a Kennen and whenever he ulted we couldn't see it, just the bolts that drop down on us if we're in it.

We're currently in the process of running compatibility tests in regards to Kennen's ult - it may be possible that certain configs are causing the issue here (particularly graphics cards), as we're not able to get a 100% repro on this issue. Thanks for the report! ^-^
