[Gameplay] Katarina Spells and Backing Bugged after Using Zhonyas

Let me start with a game that I played Katarina, It was a ranked game and After I made a play using Zhonya's Hourglass, I could not Cast my Q, E, R or even Back to base. I tried Quitting the game and reentering, unplugging my keyboard, and I also Completely got out of my Client and restarted, all giving me the same results.

After that game I just thought of it as just a random bug that only happened once and only to me, ignored it and just moved on. But just now I played a game with a Katarina that JUST had the same exact outcome as I did, we responded in all chat GG because it made her literally useless and the Janna on the other team actually responded saying it ALSO happened to her once while playing Katarina as well

I know this is a long shot, but I honestly wish this to be a loss prevented because it was a major game changing factor and happened twice. But the more important thing is Disable Katarina until this is fixed because I don't want the same thing to happen to me or anyone else in Ranked. (But still, Loss prevented... I'm in my Advancements into gold man!)
