Rek'Sai Portal Flashes

  1. Enter game as Rek'Sai
  2. Lay a few portals
  3. Occasionally the portals will flash lightly
  4. This is usually the exit portal

Couldn't get a screen shot because all of mine turn out black for some reason. Regardless of this, in the normal Rek'Sai skin, it pulses a black or white shadow around the portal.

Oh this happens a lot for me. I think its just frame lag really, but I'm no expert on computers or bugs.

I doubt it is frame lag because my computer runs league at 300 fps on the highest quality.
