game crashes when i try to forge hexteck keys

Hey my game will stop working when i try to forge hexteck keys, I have 3 keys and i hit forge and everything goes well until it gets to the part where i receive a key where,at that point, the game bugs out and nothing works. Then i sit there for a while until it says i have disconnected with the server and i then i can try again. Every time the same thing happens and it is not my internet because before i try to forge a key i can play a League game but after i try i have to restart the game to do anything. This is a new thing just introduced into the game so i understand why it could be happening and I'm not blaming Riot, I'm just telling them that there is an issue that they should address.

You are probably disconnecting from the servers that run Hextech. This guide should help resolve this:

Nope that really didn't help at all, I'm still getting exactly the same thing being done

Nope that really didn't help at all, there are 2 of us here with exactly the same problem so chances are there are a lot more people out there. So please be more specific with that link because I have tried to find my way around there and there is no simple guide.
