Champ select causing client to freeze

Is anyone else experiencing this? I just lost my first gold 1 - plat 5 promo match because the client froze during champ select, causing me to dodge. Very frustrating

I've been seeing this issue a lot lately and it's super frustrating. So far I've racked up some pretty steep dodge penalties including a 20 minutes wait before queuing again. :(
