Velkoz Ult Unusable

Boy am I getting tired of this one...

I believe the bug has something to do with dying while simultaneously trying to ult. When your ult comes back off cooldown and appears ready, no matter how long you wait or how many times you click your R, the spell wont activate. It gets locked out somehow.

PLEASE fix this one Rito.
