Teemo is completely broken (Glitched out)

Teemo is broken. His ult does not proc any sort of spell hit effects (Ludens, Liandrys, ect.). Teemo's ult is also able to be destroyed by the new dead wards. Teemo's entire kit is broken due to in game glitches. These bugs are completely game ruining bugs and cause games do be lost. If they have a 6k Maokai and you can use liandrys paired with your ult. You cant kill him basically. Also his ult is rendered utterly useless in any sort of small bush that there might be ward. This means a lot of areas of the map cant be shroomed. Overall Teemo has been unintentionally nerfed.
