No Dragon-side scuttle on Rift

just had a bots game with, as the title suggests, no dragon side scuttle crab. no mob icon on the map either.

looked through the last patch, nothing about removing dragon-side, or either, scuttle crab from Summoners Rift.

anyone else seen this, or is it a known thing?
