Ezreal and Luden's Echo
Not sure if I am the only person to run into this, but playing AP Ezreal mid I ran into an issue with Luden's echo. For some reason Luden's Echo is not going off when mystic shot hits.

ACTIVE: Ezreal fires a bolt of energy in a line that, upon impact with an enemy, deals physical damage, applies on-hit effects and reduces all of his cooldowns by 1 second.
If you build a Lich Bane Mystic shot will proc it again. You're probably used to it proc'ing because of runeglaive.
This is intended. Luden's Echo will only proc off of spells, however, Ezreal's Q is treated as a basic attack. This means that whatever a basic attack can or cannot proc will apply to Ezreal's Q as well. Since basic attacks cannot proc Luden's Echo, neither will Ezreal's Q.
