Ranked win not given

Silver 3 team RaptorWing Gaming was 1/0 in series, won our game to get to s2 or s1, and the system DID NOT credit us the win for the series HOWEVER it credited us the win for the game, but the match details are unreachable. We are now S1 after replaying the game and the game after seeing as how we almost LOST a promo that had already been WON. We would like an explanation and if possible the creditation for the win.
