[GAMEPLAY] New Vladimir's Q counting as a DOT spell instead of a single target spell for DFT.

Pretty sure this is an unintended bug. Vladimir's old Q used to work fine with Deathfire Touch, applying the whole 4 seconds. Now it only applies it for 1 second.

How to replicate: Use the Deathfire Touch mastery Cast Transfusion (Q) on an enemy champion. If you click on them while they still have Deathfire Touch on them, you'll see that it only lasts for 1 second instead of 4.
