GRAVES SHOOTS BLANKS

Recently in the jungle my kiting pattern on red buff consistently causes graves to shoot a blank auto attack. This auto attack can happen anywhere but I'm not sure exactly what causes it. Also if you happen to cast w with the blank it also disappears and goes on cd. There is a sound for the shot and he will even reload as if a bullet is missing.
