[GAMEPLAY] Borderless and fullscreen focus

In the past, only border less provided the follow problem, but now even full screen provides the issue every few minutes. Simply select one (in most cases, border less), and your mouse losses focus on League of Legends every so often. In the past, (with border less) this only occurred at the beginning of a match, a simple alt tab or F9 was a temporarily fix. Now full screen and border less provokes this issue.

Following the above you can reproduce the problem, desktops may or may not experience the issue.

Specs: Alien-ware 18 (Notebook) I7 4710MQ GTX 970M SLI 500GB SSD 16GB RAM External monitor, Asus PB287Q Notebook is up to date and has no viruses. I did not have this issue 2 weeks ago; or whenever my last ranked game was.
