Received a leave (remake) Reconnect bug?

Champion select went fine. After countdown it immediately went to reconnect. I spammed the reconnect button and it would alternate between "you are currently in game" then immediately back to reconnect (about half second intervals). Tried resetting league and resetting my comp both failed.

I don't understand why ranked has not been disabled or loss/leaves forgiven implemented.

I am able to replicate it via practice tool. I am also permanently stuck in a practice tool game because I am the only one in it. So thats cool i guess.
