[GAMEPLAY] Disconnecting in the 15 seconds before you can leave base screws you over

I was playing Nidalee and just as the game began I had a serious fps drop. My LoL crashed and I had to reconnect. After I had reconnected, it was ~3 minutes in game. I bought Hunter's Machete (ayy jungle Nidalee) and clicked on my minimap to get into my jungle. Strangely enough, Nidalee decided she didn't want to move. I, assuming it was a misclick, scrolled back up and tried to move Nidalee by clicking just outside of the fountain. That's when I realized that I couldn't leave the fountain, no matter what I did. I flashed out of the fountain and was ecstatic to see that I had made it out. However, as soon as I clicked anywhere, Nidalee decided she didn't want to listen and walked directly back to the fountain. I managed to fix it by exiting and reconnecting, but by that time it was impossible to catch back up.

1. Enter game
2. Have game crash before 15 second mark
3. Reconnect
4. Attempt to leave fountain

This is the first time this has happened to me, so there is no guarantee that this will work. I don't think it matters which champion you play either.
