High fps causing stuttering

In my case, it is caused by high fps and not movement predictions. Its even worse on my computer with 500+ fps. This needs to be fixed because this problem will become worse and worse as more people upgrade their computers to something faster.

You can't expect us to use capped fps or vsync. If our computers can handle higher fps, then we should be able to play the game with those fps without having this issue.
