Can't play draft pick [CLIENT]

Hey there, so I played a game with a friend yesterday and he kept telling me to just click on draft pick for the que, and apparently I can't. I'm not sure why. But he made a que and added me perfectly fine so it sounds like it works for him.

Reproducing it, I did the same thing today as I did yesterday, just logged in and tried to start a game. Am I crazy or something?

I am experience the same issue. The client opens a small text box with nothing in it when I hover my cursor over the options. The cursor correctly changes, but I am still unable to pick draft pick, ranked solo/duo, or ranked flex.

It's stupid, I reinstalled the whole client, having some issues upgrading, and then it started working, but now it isn't working again.
