Mordekaiser and Titanic Hydra

Since Morde has been reworked into a juggernaut he has had some bugs. I am unsure if this is a bug or if it is intended like the reduced healing from spell-vamp on morde's q. The bug happens when Mordekaiser enhances his auto's with his ability q. During the q animation the titanic splashes seem to only work some of the time. Also the titanic active does not reset his auto attack when q is active. Otherwise titanic seems to work when q is not active. I can not figure out on how to replicate the bug but it seems somewhat consistent when enhancing your auto's with q and hold on to the auto for some time before auto attacking.
