Problems with installation. 33% 1 files scanned.

Hello, guys. I've started playing LoL in my new laptop and nothing bad happened. But then I began to have this issue when my game bugged. What it happened was that I was gaming and then someone came into my room and closes my laptop and took it away from me without closing the game or shutting down the pc. When I got back my laptop, the game was still running, but obviously I was disconnected because that person closed the laptop for a long time. When I tried to re-open the game it didn't respond even if I was launching it as admin. I was looking for the forums for a similar problem but I found nothing related so I decided to uninstall and then install it again. It was installing even it reached the 50% but then I had to turn off the laptop since I was on my way to school, obviously I closed the program without finishing the installation. When I came back home I decided to continue the installation and I noticed it was re-started at the 33% point, but it says "1 files scanned" and won't go up. I've looking and there are posts about infinite files and stuff like that at the 33%, but I haven't found anything similar to my case. I hope you can help me out.
