Windows 10 Game Mode makes client really slow

So whenever I use Game Mode on Windows 10 the client becomes really sluggish.

First of all, I don't know why the game bar pops up when you click windows + g as if its a game, but that makes no sense.

The expected behavior is for the client to not be affected by game mode...

Gamemode/gamebar has been a trashfire since release, standard procedure is uninstalling as much of it as possible and disabling the rest.

It is not a problem with individual games, just microsoft and invasive overlays.
