Sion can spam taunt well in ult and move/slow himself .....

You mean like:
OP in the jungle, and hears a Sion roar(ult). He hears the charge, then all of the sudden, Sion pops up to him while running(not directly at him, just to his sides), and says:
: Hi lel, u fkn n00b
....and rans away to Victory.
