Rakan E mana bug

When you try to recast your E without mana you simply cant despite the fact that the recast does not have any mana cost. This can significantly lower you performance throughout the game.

This is actually a bug with any ability that doesn’t require mana on a recast, it isn’t limited to Rakan.

i had this the other day in a ranked game. genuinely lost us the lane because of 1 shield. sigh
