Can't open loot boxes

And before you ask, yes I know the difference between keys and key frags. I have screenshots to prove that there's no reason for this to be a problem. 4 Boxes and 1 Key and the open button hasn't been functioning, for me anyways. I don't think there's anything I can do to fix it so swift action is appreciated.
