STUPID FILE BUG

Ok. For the past 2 weeks or so, every few games are ok and working perfectly fine, until this bug appears. It corrupts one of my files, which I don't mess with, I don't use any 3rd party hacks or anything, and I almost always get leaverbuster for it. This is insanely unfair, when I'm getting punish for trying to have fun. Can someone explain what this is and/or how to fix it? Thanks.
