[GAMEPLAY] Teemo can't undo store purchases, doesn't have homeguard bonus after 20min, after recall

Not easy to reproduce, but happens quite often: after recalling, i immediately purchase something. Some times though the undo button is unavailable. As if i had moved out of the plateau. Furthermore, when I actually move out, homeguard bonus is not applied. I just move out at normal speed, even if my teammates receive the homeguard bonus.

1- play as teemo 2- some time during the game, after the 20th minute, recall 3- purchase something 4- try to undo, button is disabled 5- move out, homeguard bonus is not applied

Point 4 and 5 always happen 'together'.

If I can undo, homeguard works. If I can't undo, homeguard doesn't work.
