Draven Problems

Been having 2 problems with draven.

1. sometimes he does not catch his axes, I will be under the marker and then he will simply not catch it. it will simply hit the ground as though i wasnt there
2. If i ult and then die, the ult does not do its return trip., they fixed this for ahri Q, Seems only fair to fix draven
