mouse cursor off?

when i first get into game, and try to move around or buy items, my mouse cursor is off about an inch and a half to where it actually registers in game, making it impossible to actually do anything in game. this doesnt happen every game, but about every 1 in 3 games i start it happens, sometimes losing my lp due to remakes. the only short term solution i have found that works is to restart my client and reopen once or twice until it starts working properly. i have tried changing resolution settings and reinstalling the client and using 3 or 4 different mouses, but nothing seems to fix the problem. this is only a problem i have had with the regular league client, havent had any issues with the pbe client doing this yet.
