Gamebreaking bugs (at least for me) FPS drop, Mouse freezing, and full game freezing

I keep getting this one of 3 bugs when I play, the first two are annoying the last one literally prevents me from playing. The first is an fps drop to 01 which at least it seems is a fairly common issue right now. The other is that the mouse will glitch up in game and get stuck. The main issue I have though is a bug that I don't know how it's procced, but usually around half way through a game, the entire game will freeze, except for the mouse, but clicking does absolutely nothing. Ctrl + W doesn't work, neither does Alt + F4. The only thing that works for me is force shutting down my computer and restarting it, which basically means I can't play at all as that would cause me to quit any game this occurs in.

Anyone else getting these issues?
