Champ select bug?

Alright I'm trying to play draft mode before the new champ select goes live but this happens. http://prntscr.com/9pz1cb Everything becomes grey and I cant click anything, not even the X on the top right, i've been forced to dodge so many ques because of this already, I've restarted my client multiple times now with no success. It proceeds into the main screen of the client after a timed out dodge, still everything becoming unclickable.
