Reporting Bug- Speed Runes

Hey, I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue, but when I run runes that give bonus movement speed ( Phase Rush, Celerity, etc. ) my stats don't indicate how much speed the runes provided for me. Just like when you can see how much damage a rune has done, I should be able to see how much extra speed a rune provides. I run phase rush Garen and my phase rush indicator always says 0. Not sure if its only me

Phase Rush has the worst tool-tip in the game. Riot: please change this to show number of activations in game, and some indicator to show when it's actually active.

Celerity: Please change it to something like last year where you could see how much additional MS you were gaining from the Rune during and AFTER the match. (Do you not want us to know this, for some reason?)
