[CLIENT] Champ Select Frozen.

Hi Guys, ever since 5.7, sometimes i can't see when a queue pops like when im queued up with a friend and he says his league is fine, but even if i do get into a match, i cant see any of the picks or bans for ranked, i cant see when a champion has been banned as well as when a champion is being picked, the timer for ranked is gone that should be at the top left of the champ select screen, along with the fact that whenever someone types something into the chat bar, i dont see it for at least 1-2 minutes after they first send it, ive lost well over 25+ lp when i try to queue up for ranked because the system reads me as being inactive, but i literally cant do anything, if i could get a riot person over here that would be most appreciated, ive reinstalled client twice now and repaired patch i dont know how many times, im honestly out of ideas on what to do, please riot help me fix this!! :(
