Massive In Game Visual Bug

There is a massive in game bug that I have been having and it is slowly becoming more frequent. Bright lights and lines are quickly dancing around the screen during game. This begins randomly in game (if at all, but was 3/4 games tonight) and does not stop for the rest of the game. It makes it incredibly hard to play. Has anyone else experienced this? I have a screenshot but cannot upload it directly on this board unfortunately. If anyone could help that would be great or if Riot could look into this. Thanks.
