Can't read lobbychat anymore!?

Since today I've been having an issue with the client - every single time I enter champ select the background along with the chat text is completely black, there's no contrast going on. It's impossible to make out anything without marking the text with the mouse beforehand.

Am I the only one having this issue so far?
