Poppy R and E bug [Gameplay]

While playing poppy in some bot-games I have noticed that sometimes, when I cast her E I would knock the enemy back but not go after then I would freeze on the place. This would mostly occur when I issue and attack command right after casting E. Also sometimes when I use her R the enemy would fly all the way back even though I did not channel it completely, plus sometimes, when I do intend to knock them the full distance away they would somehow come back really fast as if they stopped midair. I am not sure if this only occurs with Bots or also with player as I have yet to play her in normal games since I do not really like her rework. (low damage bad sustain the only champ I have ever played that can not win a 3v5 vs bots it is pretty sad really.)
