I am not a Leaver and i want my account renewed.

I have a LeaverBuster on my account that i do not deserve. There are times where I log in and start a match and right when the screen starts to change for the Load my game crashes. Typically its when i play with my girlfriend in the same room. She can vouch for it. I don't leave games, i think it's bad to leave your team and i have always stuck out even the most toxic of games till the end. Other times which its very rare but my computer just shuts itself down and i have to restart it. Once again all of this happens during the loading screen. I don't deserve this treatment and i request my account be put back in good standing and that I get back my lost 17 LP.[sg-ahri-1]

The problem is the system clocks you as afk, which you technically are no matter the reason so it gives you the afk punishment. If the system started accepting reasons as to why somebody was afk everybody would get out of it by having some excuse {not saying your reason is excuse but a lot of people would come up with one.} So it just punishes bases on the action not the reason.

You can try submitting a support ticket explaining your reason as to why you've left the game but if it's something that happens often I doubt they'll be inclined to reduce it or you just wait out the timer and play after that.

If you are having frequent crashes you need to try and figure out what the issue is so you can fix it; it's your responsibility to do that so it doesn't continue being a problem for the other players.
