In Game for 70+ Minutes When in for 3 Minutes

I've noticed that in both the featured spectator games and in my friends list than when I see how long the game is along, it says a ridiculous time. Oh I have been in a game for 2 hours once, but for every game and for one that just started? As son as I spectate the proper time shows IN GAME, but after that the time oddities don't go away even after re-logging. What causes this?

I have no idea what causes this, but it happens whenever a friend of mine plays a game too, if I highlight his name it will say;

"In Game (Normal) as Morgana - 558:32
