[GAMEPLAY] Death Recap while in Top Lane showed Dragon doing 37% ~600 true damage

I took a screenshot of my death recap with my dead Thresh clearly visible on the floor in top lane but unfortunately my laptop restarted and I lost the image.

It was very weird as my health was being chunked away in a fight I should have won, when I checked death recap it should the enemy champion I was fighting plus the dragon damage. The time it took me to die was around 10 seconds which isn't enough time to walk from dragon to top lane and die from full health vs 1 opponent.

I have no idea what caused this.
