dont work to play

dear riot

I want to report this bug because many players in ranked get this bug! and I got it last game I just got like 1000000 ping and nothing react I I try to reconnect. and that dosent work and then I restart my computer and then its work to reconnect but I got the same ping I know I had good ping
and after that game was over and I got 4 reports. please fix this bug!!!
