Yasuo problems

Yasuo wind wall doesnt block all the time. When yasuo ult he cant aatack untill he q. Sometimes when yasuo aatack it olny does the animation of the aatack but it doesnt do the dmg it even prokt the shiv but didnt do the of basic aatack or q. When i q some and he knocks me up the q doesn't to do the dmg even if i q first and second ago he knocks me up.
