PBA Servers bug PLZ Help

I just downloaded pbe servers for the league of legends and when I entered, it only showed me pictures of some champions for example :Ashe,Garen,Miss Fortune,Ahri and Kayn and i don`t have and buttons or some thing to click is just standing like this plz help

The same issue is happening for me, anyone know the cause and how to fix it?
