Warmong's Armor bug...
Regeneration does not work right. It does not work in certain situations when you receive damage quickly and do not return to work more.

Did you have 3k HP?
I'm a little confused... Keep in mind that it doesn't work while you have less than 3,000 total HP, and does not work until 8 seconds after you were last hit.
If there's some sort of reason it doesn't work at all after being hit while having a max health over 3,000, try to find more information on that.
