Queue Issues

Ever since I started playing this game, I have always, in normal queues, even with friends, gotten paired with Bronze / Silver / Gold players on the enemy team. I have played up to level 30 and I will say that I am not a very good player, I do not do good in most games, and if I do it's because I finally get paired with players of my level. I do play with a few friends and one in particular who is a lower level than me, and we still get the same games. Bronze / Silver / Gold. I don't understand why I would even get close to being paired against these types of players, because at the end of the game, I always go 1/16 or 0/20 and I never do good in these games, but I still get queue'd against the same ranks and players. It's impossible for this to be an actual pairing with my literal breach of the levels at this point. I have no ELO and have never played a ranked game, I should not be getting paired with these high of skilled players. It's flat out not fair.

I just want to know at this point if I can continue playing with an actual chance against anyone, because I at this point I'm contemplating just not playing in general if this continues to happen.
