Buying Rune Page Bans You

I bought myself a rune so I can try out this sick new build. I was told it would be totally radical dude. So I was like and charged $5.00 USD with my Paypal and purchased my fancy new rune page. When I finished setting up my new rune page I went to go try out the build in a normal draft pick. To my demise I have noticed while in champion select my new rune page was not there! It was like a ! I was and forced to dodge... I proceeded to have to force close my client so I could myself. Now as I sit and wait till I can play again, I write this message . Fix it. Love you Rito.
