After I Ult, the character movement starts to flicker, sort of like I'm lagging, however my ping and fps are both fine. I also can't cast my spells properly when this bug occurs. The person in the video isn't me but it's the exact same bug that happens to me.
I've been getting that bug a lot too. Not sure what's causing it but sometimes, when I ult as Syndra, my screen flickers like that and moving Dark Spheres with other abilities causes them to appear in the wrong location.
I have the same bug but i thought it was with syndra's w. Actually 
is broken 
And i think that this bug work with all syndra's skins :/
I hope riot will quickly fix it cause we have this bug since Patch 7.10 i think.
Hey riot any answer on this... Just lost a game due to it. You'd figure after a few MONTHS it would be fixed. Reported main post for attention.
